The Biddeford office of Susan Collins’ senatorial campaign was targeted with red paint on the sidewalk reading "BLOOD on her HANDS," and a pool of red paint on the building and sidewalk.
The Biddeford DPW was on the scene to remove the paint on Tuesday morning.
This was the second such attack on the Biddeford office.
Police have been notified.
