Declassified FBI files released by the White House Government Transparency Task Force – files former California Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell wanted concealed and threatened the FBI to try to obtain that concealment – show his relationship with Chinese national Fang Fang, AKA Christine Fang, including allegedly accepting illegal contributions in return for permission for her to place interns in Congress.

A report at Just the News examines the released files and shows that the FBI first wanted to investigate Swalwell for that “bribery scheme,” but narrowed the case eventually to allege only that Fang made illegal donations through conduits.

The report explained Swalwell admitted to having sex with Fang, his staff “placing Fang’s interns in Congress” and missing “straw donations” she allegedly passed through conduits.

Ultimately, the DOJ declined to prosecute her despite strong evidence after she fled the U.S., an investigation led during its early period by Jack Smith, the Democrat prosecutor who later turned his lawfare against President Donald Trump.

A newly tattooed Rep. Nancy Mace, the firebrand Republican from South Carolina who is leaving Congress, is promoting a new “Get Maced” program, which she apparently will use to address news of the day.

She unveiled the inkings, which she said she got to provide “the pain that I need to feel.”

A report at the New Yort Post said she reported getting nine tattoos in rapid succession to “mark the exodus of staffers from her office who badmouthed her to the

Baby Gabriel was born in Texas after the state attorney general, Ken Paxton, intervened and obtained a court order protecting the birth and calling for medical treatment for a heart condition.

It was news because the surrogate carrying Gabriel has refused the so-called parents orders for an abortion when the heart problem was diagnosed.

But now those two, according to a report from LifeNews, have obtained custody of the baby through a California court order, and are blasting Paxton for his actions that allowed a live birth.

Instead of an aborted dead baby.

Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed of Los Angeles, the biological parents, obtained a temporary court order granting them decision-making authority and physical custody of the infant less than 24 hours after his birth,

The architect of a key government initiative aimed at improving children's health across several indicators told the Daily Caller News Foundation why the issue is especially important now and how it fits into the broader Make America Healthy Again movement.

Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in May put out a U.S. Surgeon General's Advisory "on the Harms of Screen Use [sic]." In an interview with the DCNF, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health Stephanie Haridopolos called the document "a great success," adding that it was "an opportunity of a lifetime and the capstone of my career to even be the architect of this advisory."

Haridopolos is currently performing some of the U.S. Surgeon General's duties while the office of the country's primary public health spokesperson sits vacant, pending Senate action on President Donald Trump's nominee, Dr. Nicole Saphier. The 53-year-old physician, who is married to Republican Florida Rep. Mike Haridopolos,

Some stealing is bad, apparently.

Other stealing is good.

That’s the verdict from Emily Gallagher, a Democratic Socialist who is in the New York state assembly.

“Most of what we saw were crimes of poverty-people who are stealing things like toothpaste, people who were stealing things like, you know, soap. And that means if you're stealing those things, you need them," said Gallagher, representing parts of Brooklyn.

She was commenting on theft, shoplifting and other cases during a news conference at Manhattan Criminal Court.

It was held by leftists with Court Watch NYC. The group monitored 360 cases in the court and claimed half were for misdemeanors.

It is the RAIR Foundation that documented the comments by the community organizer advocating for the “rights of thieves.”

A man who threatened to shoot Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie was sentenced Friday to over two years in prison after telling staff he wanted to shoot the congressman in the head.

Benjamin Keebler was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison in a federal court after he pleaded guilty in March to cyberstalking and threatening communications, the Enquirer reported. An audio recording of one of his threats revealed that Keebler referred to “deep state Massie.”

Keebler allegedly left several threatening calls and voicemails to numbers associated with Massie, according to the Enquirer. He spoke with a member of Massie’s staff and said he intended to visit Massie’s office with bear mace.

The president’s communications director drubbed Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Ga., Monday for the lawmaker alluding that Trump has an inappropriate relationship with his executive assistant.

During a rally Sunday, Ossoff ripped Trump for his perceived priorities, saying, “While the sailors on the Lincoln fight his war, while he fruitlessly drains our munitions and oil reserves, the president sleeps through his meetings.

“He golfs and trades stocks. See, he doesn’t want to do the job. He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie [Harp] on their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the emir of Qatar.”

Harp is Trump’s 35-year-old executive assistant whom press secretary Karoline Leavitt said “is one of the most loyal and hardest working aides on President Trump’s team.”

Democrats long have been the party of abortion. For anyone. At any point in the pregnancy. Because that’s “health care.” And that’s a woman’s “right.”

One of the main agenda points for Kamala Harris during her failed 2024 presidential bid was more abortion for more unborn. Barack Obama once said he wouldn’t want his daughters, if they make a mistake, “punished with a baby.”

But one new state plan, adopted by Democrats and signed into law by a Democrat governor, just goes too far, according to some Democrats.

WorldNetDaily reported it was the plan in Massachusetts, where Gov. Maura Healey signed the death scheme into law, that prompted Franklin Graham, chief of the worldwide Christian ministry Samaritan’s Purse, to say, “This sends a chill up my spine.”

Strait of Hormuz

Referring to the recent incident in which President Trump’s security team switched planes before a flight from Turkey, an Iranian lawmaker posted a veiled threat Monday, saying the commander in chief may have to hide in a food truck.

Fox News highlighted the X post, translated into English:

“The U.S. President ought to worry about his own security rather than his endless bluffing regarding the Strait of Hormuz; before he ends up hiding in a food truck.”

It was Ebrahim Azizi, the head of the national security commission for the Iranian parliament, who posted the remark.

The House Ethics Committee opened an investigation into Democratic California Rep. Jimmy Gomez Monday over sexual misconduct allegations.

Gomez was accused in June of kissing a much younger aide who worked for a different member of Congress, the New York Post first reported in April. The committee formally announced Monday that a sexual misconduct investigation into Gomez has been opened.

"The Committee, pursuant to Committee Rule 18(a), is reviewing allegations that Representative Jimmy Gomez may have engaged in sexual misconduct in violation of the Code of Official Conduct or any other applicable standard of conduct, including engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a House staffer in violation of clause 18(b) of the Code," the committee said.
