17 Disney, Universal Employees Arrested In Sex Trafficking Sting Reportedly Involving Diaper Fetishes, Disney Costumes

Police arrested 17 Disney World and Universal Studios employees among 281 suspects in a human trafficking and child predator sting that exposed disturbing sexual fetishes.

In a press conference on Oct. 30, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said the operation focused on nabbing predators who prey upon children and travel to meet them for unlawful sexual activity and human trafficking, according to CTV News.

The sheriff revealed disturbing details about several suspects, including a former Disney employee who worked as a Mickey Mouse character, and allegedly had a diaper fetish. Judd said authorities found the individual carrying two backpacks filled with diapers, according to CTV News.

The sheriff said that another suspect arrested in the sting was a Disney employee who set out to meet an undercover detective who he believed was a 13-year-old boy, according to CTV News.

"It is extremely disturbing when we encounter nasty child predators like these who are very eager to have sex with children," he said.

Another suspect engaged with children between the ages of 11 and 14 years old while working as a coach of the Davenport Titans youth football team. That suspect believed he was traveling to meet with a 14-year-old girl, the Sheriff said, according to CTV News.

One of the suspects was a U.S. Navy sailor.

In total, 31 of the suspects allegedly traveled to the country for sex with a child, 13 of the suspects arrested were Disney employees, four were employees of Universal Studios, and 32 suspects were undocumented immigrants.(RELATED: Martha Stewart Apologizes After Facing Backlash For Dressing As Homeless Person For Halloween)
