The Iranian regime launched missiles and drones against American and Israeli targets Saturday, with the Islamic republic’s Foreign Ministry vowing the United States and Israel would “regret their criminal act.”

Fox News anchor Bret Baier opined President Donald Trump’s Saturday strikes against Iran were especially meaningful because they were carried out while the sun was already up.

Baier, a former Pentagon correspondent, told “Fox and Friends Weekend” the Pentagon’s Operation Epic Fury against the Islamic theocracy was “not under the cover of darkness,” a decision he said evoked “confidence” in the U.S. military.

The United States military launched targeted strikes Saturday against the Islamic Republic of Iran, following the escalation of tensions between the two powers and an apparent breakdown in diplomatic negotiations.

Fox News host Trey Gowdy on Friday warned investigators probing Jeffrey Epstein’s network that questioning former President Bill Clinton will require precision and persistence.

The House Oversight Committee conducted closed-door depositions with Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as it investigates the Epstein case. During a panel discussion on “Special Report with Bret Baier,” Gowdy said investigators cannot treat Clinton like an ordinary witness.

Netflix ended its efforts to acquire the media conglomerate that owns CNN after Paramount offered $31 a share, which the board of Warner Bros. determined was a superior offer to the $27.75 a share offered by Netflix, PBS reported.
