Clavicular accused of despicable party antics at $7m mansion where landlord claims flashy 'Looksmaxxing' influencer was skipping rent

Clavicular accused of despicable party antics at $7m mansion where landlord claims flashy 'Looksmaxxing' influencer was skipping rent

Controversial provocateur and online personality Clavicular has been accused of failing to pay rent and trashing a $7 million California mansion where he held his wild 'Looksmaxxing Camp.'

The 20-year-old influencer, whose real name is Braden Peters, hosted 15 young men at the Los Angeles mansion for a bootcamp where he teaches them how to 'looksmaxx,' a term he coined referring to male beauty standards.

He reportedly rented the mansion from The Maimon Group, which now alleges that Clavicular failed to make monthly payments and violated lease regulations, according to court documents TMZ obtained.

Clavicular signed a lease on the Encino mansion in September, agreeing to pay a whopping $53,000 a month in rent.

His landlord alleges that Clavicular threw loud parties at the home, violating a lease term that allowed no more than six guests at a time.

The complaint cites an alleged party on October 11 and paints a picture of a cinematic event where partygoers are accused of fighting on the stairs, outside the home and throwing one another in the pool.

Partygoers also allegedly threw water in the home, trashed the mansion with silly string and littered the mansion with 'fart spray.'

Clavicular's guests are accused of vomiting in the home and spilling drinks in the pool, while the influencer even allegedly brought a horse onto the property.

A spokesperson for Clavicular denied the allegations in a statement to TMZ, disputing that an official civil lawsuit was filed or that he has unpaid bills for Camp Looksmax.

'He will respond to the fullest extent of the law once he is actually served with a suit. Any allegation that he does not meet his obligations is false,' they continued.

Clavicular runs the camp with fellow looksmaxxing creator, Hexumlite. They livestreamed the 'retreat' on Clavicular's channel. Those who want to participate must apply online and pay $5,000 to attend. The website appears to have been taken down.

William Munro, one of the campers this fall, told USA Today that he applied to learn more about the trend and left seeking $40,000 for face-altering surgery.

The camp's social media accounts posted clips from the retreat showing Clavicular smoking a cigar while coaching campers on dating and what to wear.

Earlier this month, a livestream clip circulated online of someone from the landlord's team confronting Clavicular at his mansion.

Clavicular questioned if the man was from The Maimon Group and joked that he could not join the camp due to a 'no sub-humans rule.'

The man accused Clavicular of a 'breach of contract' before chastising the influencer's team for recording him.

Clavicular's leasing woes add to the laundry list of legal issues the influencer faces. He appeared in court on Thursday in Massachusetts and pleaded not guilty in a rape case.

He was charged last month with allegations of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Cape Cod.

The accusations are linked to a May 23, 2025 incident, according to legal documents previously reviewed by the Daily Mail.

The alleged victim has not yet spoken publicly but was under 18 when the alleged incident occurred. In a Florida civil suit filing that was also previously reviewed by the Daily Mail, the woman said that Peters 'wanted her to be the female face for "looksmaxxing."'

The lawsuit claims that after the two met for the first time, she was given alcohol until she appeared 'visibly intoxicated.'

'Peters then had sex with [her] while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent,' the civil complaint stated. 'That morning, while [she] was asleep, she woke up with Peters penetrating her and having sex with her, again without her consent.'

Clavicular's attorney David Meier told The Daily Mail in a statement: 'Braden Peters categorically denies these allegations.

'As set forth in our memorandum to the Court, in May 2025, Mr. Peters was 19 years old, the complainant was 17 years old, and they were involved in a professional and personal relationship that continued for another year.

'At no time did the complainant report anything to the police - or to anyone - because there was nothing to report.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to a lawyer for Clavicular and The Maimon Group for comment on TMZ's reporting.
