Trump-Kennedy Center ice rink targeted by chemical attack

I wonder what would drive someone to do this.

Yes, a "toxic chemical" was poured into the the outdoor ice rink at the Trump-Kennedy Center on Friday, forcing an event featuring Montreal's Le Patin Libre skating company to be canceled. The brown/black substance below was poured across the ice in the morning and "severely damaged" the rink.

The substance has not been publicly identified.

'Today, a targeted attack on the Trump Kennedy Center vandalized and destroyed our outdoor arena, causing severe damage that we unfortunately must cancel tonight's performance, but we are working feverishly to complete repairs so programming can resume tomorrow,' Roma Daravi, vice president of public relations for the Trump-Kennedy Center, said in a statement to Fox News Digital. 'We have turned over video footage to the authorities who are investigating this calculated, malicious attack and hold those responsible accountable.'

So while this looks like terrorism, it's important to note that it's being labeled vandalism.

Regardless, we all kinda know what's going on here and why someone would be swayed into doing something like this.
