A Canadian school bus driver using only the initials L.Z. is suing St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Elementary School in Woodbridge, Ontario, and Landmark Bus Lines over his firing.
He was fired from his job as a bus driver because he dressed as a sexy school girl and posted a sign in the window, labeling the school bus "Lolita's Line," a reference to Vladimir Nabokov's book sexualizing a 12-year-old girl.
(The "Lolita Express" was also the nickname of Jeffrey Epstein's jet.)
Parents confronted the bus driver outside the school back in 2025 and contacted the school to make sure their kids were safe.
The Catholic school immediately had him removed from his route.
L.Z. is now suing both the school and the bus company over a hUmAN riGHts viOLAtioN based on his sExUAL oriEnTAtioN.
The National Post reports,
The driver, identifiable only as L.Z., alleges that the York Catholic District School Board and employer Landmark Bus Lines committed 'discrimination with respect to employment because of ethnic origin, gender identity, and sex.'
L.Z. also applied for a publication ban, so that the lawsuit wouldn't make it into the news, which the court granted.
According to the decision, L.Z. wanted a publication ban because 'she is a transgender woman' and because the events at the heart of the complaint 'have garnered negative media attention.'
'The applicant has faced threats to her safety and discriminatory labels due to transphobic stereotypes,' adds the decision.
The funny thing about that is that The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario does not publish its hearings online, unlike other provinces in Canada.
The case would have gotten zero press, except that L.Z. asked for the publication ban, and the court published its decision to grant it.
Clearly, the guy wanted the attention.
Unfortunately, considering this is Canada, the Asian pervert who should never be within a hundred miles of kids will probably be back to driving kids in no time!
