In Kansas, lawmakers have won a war with their leftist governor over transgenderism.
They successfully voted to override her veto of a law providing privacy protections for women and girls.

A report at Not the Bee said the Democrat governor, Laura Kelly, had vetoed the lawmakers’ plans earlier.
But Republicans in the state House and Senate have voted to override that decision, installing the new law effective immediately.
The new law is requiring government operations, including public schools and universities, to “take every reasonable step” to segregate restrooms and locker rooms by sex.
The penalties include fines up to $1,000 and potential criminal charges.
There was, of course, the standard meltdown by a man pretending to be a woman, Rep. Abi Boatman, over the vote.
