Last Friday the U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling on President Trump's authority to unilaterally impose tariffs, and it went against him by a vote of 6-3. Since the announcement, the liberal media has used the decision in an attempt to fortify their accusations of Trump's "disregard" for the Constitution, and portray his criticism of Justices Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett, both of whom he appointed, and who both voted against the President's position, to be unprecedented and dangerous. But there's a lot they are leaving out.

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump will deliver his State of the Union address to Congress. If past coverage of his joint speeches before Congress is an indicator, expect the elitist media to start bashing it within minutes of its finish. 

In Trump’s first term, journalists used the occasion to mock Trump’s intelligence, call him a divider, a liar and a racist. Trump’s first address to Congress (after he returned to office in 2025) drew negative reviews too. NBC’s Tom Llamas worried that his second term would be “incredibly reckless.” 

It was an unmistakably invidious comparison. On Saturday's edition of MS NOW’s The Weekend: Primetime, co-host Ayman Mohyeldin praised a political cartoon by liberal Mike Luckovich that glorified “UK Justice” — showing police leading away ex-Prince Andrew, who was formally stripped of his royal title in 2025 amid fallout from his Epstein associations, while depicting U.S. immigration enforcement as “Just ICE,” symbolized by a masked federal agent carrying off a small child.

I’m old enough to remember when assassination attempts against sitting or former Presidents of the United States were covered by the Elitist Media as a breaking top story. Apparently, not anymore and certainly not on Sunday mornings if it means cutting into D.C.-based political affairs shows.

We are a little over 8 months away from the 2026 midterm elections, but 2018 positioning is already in the air. CNN made sure to get that ball rolling with an early potential candidate interview: California Governor Gavin Newsom. The interview, conducted by State of the Union co-host Dana Bash, centered around the release of Newsom's memoir “Young Man in a Hurry.” The interview was as soft as you might expect.

Something appears to be laughably missing in Politico's Saturday story about the  June nonpartisan gubernatorial primary in California. Namely the front runner is a Republican, Steve Hilton, and another Republican is very possibly the second place candidate, both of whom would be facing each other in the November general election for governor.

"Public" broadcasting demonstrates how dramatically one-sided it is by allowing only one side of the "LGBTQIA+" debate -- because they believe there should be no debate. There is no defensible position in opposition. On Saturday's Consider This podcast, National Public Radio spent more than 11 minutes mourning the Trump administration's decision to remove transgender troops from service. On MS NOW’s The Weekend, as they were discussing the Supreme Court ruling striking down Trump’s tariffs, Axios Senior Economics Reporter Courtenay Brown suggested it’s very unlikely Walmart would lower prices if it receives tariff refunds.

On Monday we told you about an interview conducted by CBS's Norah O'Donnell with Maryland Democrat Governor Wes Moore, where Moore was allowed to avoid directly answering questions about recent revelations made in the Free Beacon, which call into question details of his life story which he has told over and over again. On Wednesday, the media’s favorite presidential historian, Jon Meacham, joined Walter Isaacson on PBS’s Amanpour and Company to resurrect his allegation that the Trump administration is “failing” the soldiers who served at places like Omaha Beach and Gettysburg as well as the men and women of the nation’s various civil rights movements.
