The Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed complaints against New York, Connecticut and Vermont, challenging the states' laws that provided in-state tuition to illegal aliens.

The Pentagon has revoked former Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall's eligibility to access classified information and barred him from holding any sensitive position, citing an alleged unauthorized disclosure of classified information regarding Air Force One's capabilities to a media outlet.


Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell announced the immediate decision on Friday, stating that safeguarding classified information is a non-negotiable duty and that those who violate that trust forfeit the privilege of access and any role requiring it.

Parnell did not identify the specific media outlet.
