Almost 300,000 customers are without power as a result of the blizzard that made landfall in New England over the weekend.
From News 7 Boston:
National Grid and Eversource were reporting nearly 291,366 customers without power as of 12 p.m., according to the MEMA Power Outage Map.
Utility crews are mobilized across the region to repair damaged lines and restore power to those impacted.
I know one address that needs help!
New Jersey also has more than 120,000 customers without power, and Delaware has over 60,000.
Some areas in the Northeast are expected to get over 2 feet of snow, with winds reaching 80 mph.
New York City also announced its first official snow day since 2017, with 13-18 inches of snow in the forecast.
As if it isn't bad enough living in the Democrat dystopias of New England, now residents have to hunker down in their frozen homes for days on end with no power and no escape.
