Spain’s justice system has sparked outrage after a 26-year-old Senegalese migrant, who admitted to raping a 14-year-old girl he groomed on Instagram, escaped prison time through a plea deal.
Instead of the nine years demanded by prosecutors, the court handed down a two-year suspended sentence, 60 days of community service, and €7,500 in compensation to the victim.
You read that right. Seven and half grand for being raped.

According to court documents obtained by The European Conservative, the migrant met the minor online and invited her to his apartment in Palma de Mallorca. Once there, he demanded she undress, and when she refused, he raped her multiple times.
Despite his confession in court, the plea agreement ensures he serves no jail time as long as he avoids reoffending for three years.
This lenient outcome comes against a backdrop of skyrocketing sexual violence in Spain, where penetrative rape cases have surged 143% in just five years, from 2,143 in 2019 to 5,206 in 2024. Official statistics reveal an average of 14 rapes per day, nearly tripling the figures from six years prior.
A recent study from the CEU-CEFAS Demographic Observatory underscores the role of mass immigration in this crisis, labeling it “imported crime.” Foreigners, comprising 31% of Spain’s prison population, commit per capita 500% more rapes and 414% more murders than native Spaniards. North Africans and Latin Americans show the highest overrepresentation in these offenses.
This case echoes broader patterns, including in Catalonia where 91% of convicted rapists are foreigners despite immigrants making up only 17% of the population. Nationwide, foreigners are 440% more likely to commit robbery with violence and 610% more likely to engage in illegal property occupation.
Public sentiment is clear: A Sigma Dos poll for El Mundo found that 70% of Spaniards support mass deportations of illegal immigrants, with majorities even among Socialist Party voters. Yet, under Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s far-left government, policies lean toward amnesty and open borders.
Just months ago, Alex Soros praised Sánchez for granting legal status to up to 500,000 illegal migrants via royal decree, bypassing parliament. Soros called it “real leadership,” urging more leaders to follow suit. Critics argue this amnesty incentivizes further illegal entries, straining resources and fueling crime waves.
Adding to the concerns, a European Parliament fact-finding mission to the Canary Islands revealed that 92% of illegal arrivals are men, and around half of those claiming to be unaccompanied minors are actually adults. With 12,249 migrants arriving by boat in the first eight months of 2025 alone, initial age assessments by police are often inaccurate, leading to misplacements in reception centers.

Neighborhoods near these centers report increased insecurity, with offenses like fights, insults, and sexual assaults spiking within facilities. Prison data shows migrants are 1.5 times more likely to be incarcerated proportionally, highlighting the demographic shift’s impact on public safety.
As Spain’s foreign-born population swells from under 1% in 1991 to 20% in 2025—projected to reduce ethnic Spaniards to 60% by 2039 without restrictions—these incidents fuel demands for stricter borders and deportations.
The government’s threats to ban platforms like X for amplifying dissent only underscore efforts to silence opposition to these globalist agendas.
