Fox 9 says thousands of people were evacuated following fights and a possible report of gunfire.

Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher indicated while livestreaming his response to the situation Saturday night that there was a possibility of the incident being gang-related.
St. Paul police, who are leading the investigation, have not confirmed whether the incident was gang-related but said a fight broke out and no arrests were made.

The event was a private, ticketed "halal" shopping market that featured 105 Muslim-owned businesses under one roof. This "Bundle Halal Fall Market" devolved into chaos, which is weird, because I've never seen a non-Muslim fall market devolve into chaos. 😂

An eyewitness had this to say:
