Yes, a "toxic chemical" was poured into the the outdoor ice rink at the Trump-Kennedy Center on Friday, forcing an event featuring Montreal's Le Patin Libre skating company to be canceled. The brown/black substance below was poured across the ice in the morning and "severely damaged" the rink.
