The cost of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's private massages on his overseas trips as Britain's trade envoy were picked up by the taxpayer, retired civil servants have claimed.
Whitehall officials were said to have been left horrified over Andrew's excessive spending on flights, hotel rooms and charges including spa treatments during his decade in the prestigious position representing the UK.
