A video has gone viral on X which purports to show an illegal immigrant crying over fears she will be deported from France if Marine Le Pen continues to achieve electoral success.
Le Pen's National Rally party made huge gains in the European Parliament on Sunday evening by gaining more than double the votes won by French President Emmanuel Macron.
Indeed, she won every single department in France besides the capital city Paris.
The political class responded by fanning the flames of hysteria over a “far-right” takeover of Europe.
A video which has received over 1.5 million views on X shows a woman described as an illegal immigrant crying over the prospect that she might get deported.
Macron responded to Le Pen's victory in the EU elections by announcing snap parliamentary elections that will take place at the end of the month.
Although Macron himself will remain in power for three more years whatever happens, unless he resigns, he faces becoming a lame duck leader for the rest of his term.
Given that his party will remain in power until the next presidential election, there is virtually no chance of any mass deportations.
However, Le Pen asserted that the mandate she has been given by the French population means she is “ready to exercise power, ready to put an end to mass immigration.”
As we document in the video below, while the success of right-wing parties has been met with alarm from leftists and the political establishment, it is merely a reflection of a backlash caused by the policies they have imposed, particularly with regard to mass migration and attacks on farmers' livelihoods.
