    Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson Rules in Favor of Fired Biden Holdover, Allows Him to Keep His Job

Thank you for your service,” Sergio Gor, Director of the White House Presidential Office wrote to Hampton Dellinger, according to Politico.
  • Later Monday evening, Judge Amy Berman Jackson sided with Hampton Dellinger and issued an administrative stay and allowed him to keep his job.
  • “Trump must allow Dellinger to continue to have “access” to the agency’s resources and cannot “recognize the authority of any other person as Special Counsel” while the order remains in effect, Jackson wrote,” according to Politico.

    Federal Judge Threatening Trump Admin With Criminal Charges Over Spending Freeze Used To Be A Major Dem Donor 

  • The federal judge who suggested Trump administration officials could face criminal contempt over the spending freeze on Monday is a Democrat donor.
  • John J. McConnell, Jr., chief judge of the U.S. district court in Rhode Island, ordered the Trump administration to “immediately restore frozen funding” after determining officials violated his prior restraining order and suggesting further opposition could result in criminal charges.
  • McConnell cited a 1975 case that states, “Persons who make private determinations of the law and refuse to obey an order generally risk criminal contempt even if the order is ultimately ruled incorrect.”
  • While he was in private practice as an attorney until 2009, McConnell donated hundreds of thousands to Democratic campaigns and political action committees, including 2008 presidential campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Barack Obama, according to Federal Election Commission records. He also donated over $8,000 to Democratic Rhode Island Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s 2006 senate campaign.

  • The reason why Judge McConnell, a Democrat donor and activist wants Trump to restore funding is because his daughter, Catherine McConnell, is currently employed by the same Department of Education that President Trump and@elonmuskwant to audit and DEFUND. She was appointed by Joe Biden and now her Dad is abusing his power to protect her paycheck. This is a conflict of interest that Judge McConnell should have recused himself over, but he chose not to.

    Report: Trump Readies Pause of Enforcement of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
  • President Donald Trump will direct Attorney General Pam Bondi to reestablish guidelines for enforcing the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), which bars Americans from bribing foreign officials, according to reports of a forthcoming executive order.
  • “U.S. companies are harmed by FCPA overenforcement because they are prohibited from engaging in practices common among international competitors, creating an uneven playing field,” the document said, per the outlet.
  • The FCPA was signed into law in 1977, making it illegal for Americans to pay officials of foreign nations to help them get or keep foreign business, the Department of Justice (DOJ) notes. The law, which has also applied to “certain foreign issuers of securities” since 1977, was amended in 1998.
  • “With the enactment of certain amendments in 1998, the anti-bribery provisions of the FCPA now also apply to foreign firms and persons who cause, directly or through agents, an act in furtherance of such a corrupt payment to take place within the territory of the United States,” according to the DOJ.

  • Leftist journalist Jason Leopold filed a FOIA lawsuit against the DOJ/FBI a few years ago, seeking the documents and background material assembled by the DOJ, FBI and Special Counsel Jack Smith in the Mar-a-Lago documents case.  With the Mar-a-Lago case against Trump dismissed by a Florida judge, and effectively dropped by Special Counsel Jack Smith.  The justification for withholding the responsive material is no longer valid.
  • This has resulted in anti-Trump U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell, now ruling that anti-Trump journalist Jason Leopold should be given the FOIA documents by the FBI and DOJ. [Ruling pdf here].  Essentially, Howell is saying, angrily, that with President Trump immune from criminal liability (SCOTUS immunity decision), the only public recourse for accountability is sunlight from within the evidence the FBI assembled.
  • Here is where it gets interesting.
  • The DOJ/FBI Special Counsel, previously said to the Florida court they would not reveal the content of the information because it was “classified” under “national security” grounds.  You might remember President Trump’s legal position was to make the content public because Trump said there was no classified material.
  •  Judge Beryl Howell is telling the DOJ/FBI to produce the “documents with classification markings,” and all surrounding information therein, to Jason Leopold, because Trump bad and the information will make the public hate him, or something [SEE Court Order].  But again, no-one knows what these “documents with classification markings” actually were…. Except, well, maybe us.  We have well-based circumstantially supported suspicions. {see here}
  • Will the Trump DOJ (now Pam Bondi) and the Trump FBI (likely Kash Patel) release the files and material to Jason Leopold, as demanded by Judge Howell?
  • Bottom line, I have a strong suspicion this order, intended to create an anti-Trump narrative, is going to boomerang once the public see the “Documents with classification markings.”
