At least three deaths have occurred in Israel after Iranian retaliatory airstrikes.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a warning on Saturday that the Iranian regime "continues to fire missiles at Israel’s home front – Tehran will burn."

Israel launched an attack on Iran overnight on Thursday into Friday, targeting nuclear sites as well as nuclear scientists. 

U.S. and Iranian negotiators were set for a meeting on Sunday related to Iran's nuclear program prior to the strike. 

Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh said U.S. bases in the Middle East would be targeted if Israel decided to attack Iran.

Iranian officials have called off the planned talks with the U.S. since the attack.
