"Viktor Orban just told me he never thought Joe Biden was running his own administration."
The interview, not yet released to the public, features a wide-ranging discussion about global affairs, including the war in Ukraine—and Posobiec used the opportunity to ask Orban a question many Americans have been wondering: Was Joe Biden really the president?
According to Posobiec, Orban didn’t hold back. In a post on X, Posobiec wrote: "Viktor Orban just told me he never thought Joe Biden was running his own administration."
“I had the honor of participating in an interview with Viktor Orban,” said Posobiec on the show. “A number of people were asking questions, and there was a lot of interesting discussion about various issues that are affecting not only Europe and himself but the rest of the world.”
The conversation reportedly touched on Orban’s view of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and his efforts to broker peace between the two sides. According to Posobiec, Orban shared previously unreleased details about recent diplomatic engagements. When meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Orban said he advised, “I think that you should take a peace deal, because I don’t believe you have time on your side, and whatever deal you take now will be better than something you may get in the future.” Zelensky, however, rejected that suggestion, reportedly telling Orban, “we have time on our side, we can defeat Russia militarily.”
Orban then described his follow-up visit with Russian officials. Their answer mirrored Ukraine’s. “We don’t want to take the deal because we have time on our side, and we believe that we can militarily defeat the Ukrainians,” they told him.
“That’s a diplomatic stalemate,” Posobiec said. “But what’s not a stalemate is the front line,” pointing to recent drone attacks and continued fighting in eastern Ukraine. He also referenced a failed Ukrainian drone strike targeting Vladimir Putin’s helicopter, citing Human Events Daily guest Jim Ferguson, who appeared on the show earlier in the week.
On the broader threat of escalation, Posobiec noted Orban’s concern: “From Prime Minister Orban’s perspective, he said this is something he’s wanted a lot because the greatest threat of all would be that of nuclear war.”
“This question I had the opportunity to ask Prime Minister Orban—I think it’s something that’s very salient for a lot of Americans,” he said. “Was Joe Biden really the president of the United States? Was he really the one who was actively making these decisions? Was he really the one who was actively deciding who gets to be pardoned?”
“And if Joe Biden wasn’t actually signing these pardons, who was it? I’ve got a question: Hunter Biden, did you actually pardon yourself? Did you think you could get away with pardoning yourself, Hunter Biden? I think you did. I think that’s what went on here. I think it’s very obvious, and a lot of people are seeing that it’s very obvious.”
