Per Florida’s Voice:
Earlier this year, the company pointed to Florida already being its “home state.”
“We are committed to Florida, and our controlling stockholder is at home in Florida,” the company previously said, referencing Trump, per the Wall Street Journal.
”As Delaware becomes the home of corporate lawfare by woke activists, @realDonaldTrump knows that Florida is where woke goes to die, free speech thrives, and businesses can get back to the business of doing business,” Attorney General James Uthmeier said on Wednesday.
The president officially became a Florida resident in 2019. Mar-a-Lago is now his primary residence.
Welcome home to the Free State of Florida, Truth Social!

From Just the News:
The move follows Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head Elon Musk battling a challenge to his compensation package as Tesla CEO in the state, with a judge ruling he was not entitled to it despite a shareholder vote.
The state was historically an incorporation hub, but has faced a so-called “Dexit” movement in recent years, with companies like Tesla, Tripadvsior, Roblox, and Dropbox leaving the state or announcing plans to do so, Newsweek reported.
