President Trump Slams Courts for Blocking Illegal Immigrant Deportations

President Trump says his hands are tied after the Supreme Court halted deportation flights under the Alien Enemies Act.

He blasted the legal system for blocking efforts to remove gang members and violent criminals.

Trump praised his team but said even the Court is standing in the way.

The bottom line?

He wants them out, but the courts keep stepping in.

The Hill reports:

President Trump on Monday complained of being “stymied at every turn” by the courts, arguing the administration can’t hold trials for migrants it plans to deport amid accusations they are gang members.

The remark was Trump’s first on the topic since the Supreme Court agreed to intervene early Saturday morning, halting flights as the administration prepared to use the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan migrants, presumably to a prison in El Salvador.

“My team is fantastic, doing an incredible job, however, they are being stymied at every turn by even the U.S. Supreme Court, which I have such great respect for, but which seemingly doesn’t want me to send violent criminals and terrorists back to Venezuela, or any other Country, for that matter,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

While Trump complained of the inability to deport migrants to Venezuela, he has not been barred from deporting migrants there, though Venezuela in the past has resisted accepting deportation flights.

Trump went on to claim it was “not possible” to hold trials for all migrants the administration wishes to deport, though those in the U.S. regardless of immigration status are entitled to due process and many wish to contest allegations they are gang members.

“We cannot give everyone a trial, because to do so would take, without exaggeration, 200 years,” Trump added in his Truth Social post. “We would need hundreds of thousands of trials for the hundreds of thousands of Illegals we are sending out of the Country. Such a thing is not possible to do. What a ridiculous situation we are in.”

No amount of feet-dragging or blocking is going to stop the removal of those that ought not to be in this country.

“You have in this case, illegal aliens from Venezuela,” Miller said.

“Sent here by Maduro, who are members of a foreign terrorist organization, Tren de Aragua, an organization that the intelligence community has found is operating at the direction of a hostile adversarial foreign regime, carrying out criminal enterprises to destabilize the political system in United States.”

“They’re all illegal. They’re all gang members. They’re all foreign terrorists.”

And now, thanks to SCOTUS?

“We are being told they cannot be expelled from our country without an extraordinary amount of individualized adjudication, at the district court, circuit court, Supreme Court—up and down, up and down, up and down.”

Then he let it rip:

“No American citizen receives this level of so-called due process—because it isn’t due process. This is called infinity process to keep you here forever. That’s what this is.”

Miller slammed the double standard:

“No American citizen charged with a crime—with a serious crime inside the United States, a U.S.-born American citizen—receives this kind of process. Millions of dollars in free legal services. Representation at every single level.”

Then came the kill shot:

“Do you think that there is any American citizen who was persecuted, who was innocent, related to January 6th—do you think they could just get this kind of relief? This kind of process? It was NEVER available to them.”

“The whole system was rigged against them—just like it’s rigged in favor of illegal alien invaders.”
