I have been one of the chief critics of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel and I will continue to do so.
I think they both wildly over-promised and they’re under-delivering.
I wrote about it here a few weeks ago:
There’s Something Very Wrong With Pam Bondi and the FBI [from Noah]
And I'm going to keep the heat on both of them for as long as it's needed, no rose-colored glasses here.
I'm not doing the "just wait" and "just trust them" dance again.
I did that dance with Jeff Session and Bill Barr and I'm not doing it a third time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me three times, shame on me!
But....I'm also not going to just become a perma-grump either.
When there's good news to report, I'll report it, and that's what I'm doing right here.
Because I'm still holding out hope that defeating a decades-long entrenched Deep State might take more time than just a few weeks.
I'm not making excuses for Pam and Kash and Dan, I think they goofed up by over-promising, but according to Mike Davis, justice and arrests are indeed coming soon!
Who's Mike Davis and why should you care?
Mike Davis is a prominent conservative legal strategist and media figure closely aligned with Donald Trump and his political agenda. He is the founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P), an organization dedicated to promoting constitutionalist judges and defending the rule of law. Davis also leads the Internet Accountability Project (IAP), which advocates for reining in Big Tech, and the Unsilenced Majority, opposing cancel culture and progressive activism .
Career and Government Roles
Davis has served in all three branches of the federal government. Notably, he was the Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, where he advised on the confirmation of federal judges and senior Executive Branch appointees. In this role, he oversaw the floor votes for 278 nominees, including the confirmations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and numerous circuit judges during President Trump's first two years in office .
He also clerked for then-Judge Neil Gorsuch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and later for Justice Gorsuch on the Supreme Court . Davis's early career included positions with President George W. Bush, the Justice Department, and House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Relationship with Trump and Judicial Influence
Davis is considered a key adviser on judicial selection for Donald Trump. He has been instrumental in shaping the federal judiciary by promoting judges who adhere to originalist and textualist interpretations of the Constitution. His work with the Article III Project has been central to these efforts .
In the media, Davis is known for his combative style and strong defense of Trump. He frequently appears on right-wing platforms, including Steve Bannon's "War Room" podcast, where he criticizes Trump's legal and political opponents. His provocative statements have garnered attention and controversy .
Education and Personal Background
Mike Davis hails from Des Moines, Iowa. He earned both his Bachelor of Arts (2000) and Juris Doctor (2004) degrees from the University of Iowa. In recognition of his achievements, he received the University of Iowa College of Law's "Emerging Leader Award" in 2017. Davis also serves on the University of Iowa Political Science Advisory Board .
Through his various roles and organizations, Davis continues to influence the conservative legal movement and remains a significant figure in shaping the judiciary aligned with Trump's vision.
Now watch here, as Mike Davis tells Benny good things are happening!
He reports on this from his first-hand observations and meetings:
🚨BREAKING: Mike Davis Says Arrests Are Happening Soon Following SEVERAL Meetings with Officials Inside The Trump DOJ:
"Justice is coming. I met with the DOJ. Firing on all cylinders. I promise you, justice is coming." pic.twitter.com/WSUL9CPBQE

FULL TRANSCRIPT:
What’d you learn at the DOJ this week?
Uh, it was a very productive week. Uh, I've gone over to the DOJ and the White House several times during my, uh, vice reign here in DC. And I would say this—there are a lot of people who are concerned about what Pam Bondi is doing or not doing at the DOJ.
Uh, I think the Epstein stuff got her tripped up.
I would just say to your audience—justice is coming. I promise you, justice is coming.
I went and met with the Attorney General Pam Bondi one-on-one. I met with her, uh, team in the Attorney General’s Office. I met with Todd Blanche. I met with Amel Bouve.
Todd Blanche is the Deputy Attorney General.
I met with Amel Bouve, who is his number two—the number two to the number two—the most powerful unknown-unknown position in the government.
I met with Chad Mizel, the acting number three, and Pam’s Chief of Staff. I met with Stanley Woodward. I met with Dale Slater.
Harmeet Dhillon’s over there. Kash Patel’s over there. Dave Bongino’s over there.
They’re starting to fire on all cylinders.
I promise you this: this is normal during a startup phase—as you’re getting people confirmed and staffed up. You’re not gonna have immediate results.
But they’ve gotten a lot accomplished already—publicly, publicly—for example, just firing a lot of the deep state, getting rid of these bad actors, chasing them out of the Southern District of New York, chasing them out of Main Justice.
They’ve closed a lot of these cases. They’re opening cases. They’re working on this.
And I promise you that justice is coming.
They’re working with the FBI. They’re working with these other law enforcement agencies. They’re working with these agency heads. They’re working with the DOJ leadership.
Justice is definitely coming. I know it’s coming.

As I said, I'll continue to keep an open-mind and the heat ON....
Because I still stand by this as well:
MEMO TO KASH PATEL: What Happened To "On Day One"?
No, I am not turning on Kash Patel or Pam Bondi.
I like them both and I am giving them both the benefit of the doubt.
But we also hold people accountable around here and even though I really didn't want to right this article, I have to do it.
Kash Patel told us multiple times, at least three as shown below but probably a bunch more, that he'd declass everything on "Day One" in particular the Epstein Client List.
We're far past Day One, so where is it Kash?
What's the hold up?
What could possibly be holding up the release of the Epstein File?
Anybody know? pic.twitter.com/IAUwyFyK3z

We The People voted for a very clear agenda.
That agenda included President Trump, JD Vance, Elon Musk and DOGE, RFK, Jr. and MAHA, Tulsi Gabbard and yes, Kash Patel to clean up the FBI and release all the information he promised to release.
So where is it?
People are not going to just forget about this:
We were promised the Epstein list…
We were promised the JFK files…
We were promised the 9/11 files…
We were promised real accountability on Day 1 of Kash Patel’s appointment.Today is Day 1.
I hope he keeps his word.

Here is the longer clip of Kash back in November 2024 calling for a "24/7 Declass Office" to release the JFK Files, Epstein Files and everything else:
Trump's top contender for head of the CIA, Kash Patel:
-Wants to implement a 24/7 declassification office releasing files about JFK and 9/11.
-On day one, he wants to bring out Jeffrey Epstein's black book of names that were being blackmailed.

-He wants to bring out all the Russia Gate files that are hidden and expose the truth about the January 6th pipe bomber.
-He told Steve Bannon he wanted to exact justice and find the conspirators in the government and the media who worked to usurp the will of the people.
-He wants systematic change at the FBI and CIA coming from an awakened American people.
It's going to be an incredible four years, Patriots.

Kash, We The People are owed action on this, or at the very least your comment.
What's going on?
I will offer one thought I've had from the very beginning on this....
I have always been a been confused, or perhaps a better word is "unclear", on the whole declassification issue in the first place when it comes to the Epstein List.
Let me explain....
We through that phrase around all the time, "declass the Epstein List" but I am not entirely confident any such list even exists!
Has it ever been confirmed to actually exist?
There have been bits and pieces here and there from court filings and other documents, but has one unified, full "Epstein List" ever actually been confirmed to exist?
If so, who has it?
Could there be multiple copies?
Just one copy?
Did such a thing ever even exist in the first place?
And if it did, when did it ever become "classified" and by who or whom?
Was it classified by a Court?
By our Government?
By someone or something else?
I haven't ever heard any concrete answers to any of these questions, so perhaps the reason no one is "declassifying the Epstein List" is because that's not a coherent thought in the first place?
Just an idea, I hope I'm wrong.
