The ‘peaceful’ left’s violent rhetoric strikes again…
A Florida man has just been indicted by the Department of Justice for threatening Alina Habba — President Trump’s former lawyer who is currently serving as interim U.S. Attorney for New Jersey.
In a series of social media posts, 58-year-old Salvatore Russotto threatened to ’86’ Alina Habba and wished a “slow painful death” upon her.
Kash Patel called this man a “dangerous copycat” of James Comey:

“A dangerous copycat, fueled by reckless rhetoric from former officials, threatened those protecting our country,” FBI Director Kash Patel said

Disgusting.

To be clear, just in case, the term ’86’ in this context means to ‘kill.’
Law & Crime has more details on the man’s disturbing posts:
A Florida man has been accused of threatening to kill acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba, allegedly wishing for her to die a “slow painful death.”
Salvatore Russotto, 58, made the threats on May 19, interim U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida Gregory W. Kehoe announced on Friday.
Russotto has been charged with one count each of threatening to injure and kill a victim and retaliating against a federal law enforcement officer by threat.
According to the indictment, the Orlando man made several posts online wishing for harm to be done against Habba, an outspoken attorney who represented President Donald Trump in his personal capacity in between his first and second administrations.
ADVERTISEMENTThe posts included calling Habba a vulgar word and calling for someone to “86” her, a slang term that, according to Merriam-Webster, means “get rid of,” but which is often used more maliciously — to mean “kill.”
Russotto is also alleged to have called Habba “useless” and a “traitor.”
“Death penalty for all traitors,” one post reads, adding, “I HOPE YOU DIE A PAINFUL DEATH.”
A direct motive for the alleged posts was not given.
This indictment comes about a month after Kash Patel said he’s being forced to investigate skyrocketing threats against President Trump after James Comey kicked off the (illegal) trend…
Fox News noted:
The indictment comes after Patel said he has been forced to divert agents to investigate “copycats” of potential threats to Trump as a result of former FBI Director James Comey’s “86 47” social media post last month.
“Do you know how many agents I’ve had to take offline from chasing down child sex predators, fentanyl traffickers, terrorists, because, everywhere across this country, people are popping up on social media and think that a threat to the life of the president of the United States is a joke and they can do it because he did it?” Patel said last month.
“That’s what I’m having to deal with every single day, and that’s what I’m having to pull my agents and analysts off because he thought it was funny to go out there and make a political statement.”
An FBI official told Fox News Digital the agency cannot disclose the number of “copycat” incidents due to ongoing investigations but described the number to Fox News Digital as “significant.”

Does anyone else think that, if this guy is getting indicted, so should James Comey?
It would be fair and just.
