In the past week, we got arrests of two district court judges who were (allegedly) blatantly violating the law and obstructing justice.
Details on those here if you missed it:
Here’s The TRUTH About The Two Judges Arrested By The Trump Administration
And while that's great, I'm even more excited about what's to come next.
Because this was just the teeny tiny crumbs of the appetizer course!
Watch as Press Sec. Karoline Leavitt and Border Czar Tom Homan announce the wide-ranging new targets:
HOLY SHIT 👀
Trump will soon sign an EO cracking down on sanctuary cities, including “state and local jurisdictions that obstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws”.

TRANSCRIPT:
Today we kick off One Hundred Day Week with a focus on the President's historic effort to secure our southern border.
Later this afternoon, President Trump will sign an executive order on law and order and another executive order on sanctuary cities.
The first executive order will strengthen and unleash America's law enforcement to pursue criminals and protect innocent citizens.
The second executive order is centered around protecting American communities from criminal aliens, and it will direct the Attorney General and Secretary of Homeland Security to publish a list of state and local jurisdictions that obstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws.
After these are signed, the President will have signed more than one hundred and forty executive orders, already rapidly approaching the total number signed by the Biden administration over the course of four years in office.

In other words, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!
Reuters had more:
U.S. President Donald Trump's administration touted the early results of his immigration crackdown on Monday despite concerns over due process, displaying photos of alleged criminal offenders on the White House lawn and preparing to target cities and states that limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.
Trump plans to sign three executive orders on Monday, spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said. The first calls for the attorney general to identify cities and states failing to comply with federal immigration laws, the second relates to law enforcement communication and the third is tied to English literacy for commercial truck drivers, she said.
Trump launched an aggressive enforcement campaign after taking office, surging troops to the southern border and pledging to deport millions of immigrants in the United States illegally.
The Republican president, who made immigration a major campaign issue in 2024, said the actions were needed after years of high illegal immigration under his predecessor, Democrat Joe Biden.
The U.S. Border Patrol arrested 7,200 migrants illegally crossing the border in March, the lowest monthly total since 2000 and down from a peak of 250,000 in December 2023.
"We have the most secure border in the history of this nation and the numbers prove it," Trump border czar Tom Homan said at the briefing.
Democrats and civil rights advocates have criticized Trump's heightened enforcement tactics, including the cases of several U.S.-citizen children recently deported with their parents. One of the children had a rare form of cancer, according to the American Civil Liberties Union.
Homan blamed the parents for putting their children at risk of deportation by remaining in the United States.
"If you choose to have a U.S.-citizen child, knowing you're in this country illegally, you put yourself in that position," he said.
And from the Daily Beast (ignore the left-wing bias):
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt suggested the Trump administration would consider arresting high-ranking judges—including Supreme Court justices—at a press briefing Monday.
“As you guys look at other judges, would you ever arrest somebody higher up on the judicial food chain, like a federal judge or even a Supreme Court justice?” Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked.
Leavitt said no judge is safe from the administration’s crackdown on the judiciary.
“Anyone who is breaking the law or obstructing federal law enforcement officials is putting themselves at risk of being prosecuted, absolutely,” she said.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has warned judges that the administration will come for them if they break the law.
But, calling the question a “hypothetical,” Leavitt said it was ultimately up to the Department of Justice to make calls on which judges to go after.“I’d refer you to the DOJ for individuals they are looking at,” she added.
The exchange comes days after the FBI arrested a Wisconsin circuit court judge, Hannah Dugan, for allegedly obstructing its agents from arresting an undocumented migrant in her courtroom.
Leavitt fielded questions about the arrest at the briefing Monday.
“Let’s be clear what this judge did,” Leavitt said. “She obstructed federal law enforcement who were looking for an illegal alien in her courthouse. She showed that illegal alien the door to evade law enforcement officials. That is a clear-cut case of obstruction.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi said last week the administration was open to pursuing judges whom it believed were stymying its policy goals.
“We will prosecute you,” she told Fox News. “We will find you.”
Leavitt’s comments also come two days after President Donald Trump attacked judges who he said are holding up his efforts to combat illegal immigration after a series of judicial rulings blocked his pushes to end federal funding for sanctuary cities and to require proof of citizenship to vote.
“We need Courageous JUSTICE in our Country,” the president wrote. “If the Courts don’t allow what we have been allowed to do for 250 years, America can no longer be the same.”
Judges across the country are fighting back, however, particularly on immigration, where the president’s agenda has faced the most judicial pushback.

Mike Davis: "Justice and Arrests Are Coming Soon, I Promise You That!"
I have been one of the chief critics of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel and I will continue to do so.
I think they both wildly over-promised and they're under-delivering.
I wrote about it here a few weeks ago:
There’s Something Very Wrong With Pam Bondi and the FBI [from Noah]
And I'm going to keep the heat on both of them for as long as it's needed, no rose-colored glasses here.
I'm not doing the "just wait" and "just trust them" dance again.
I did that dance with Jeff Session and Bill Barr and I'm not doing it a third time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me three times, shame on me!
But....I'm also not going to just become a perma-grump either.
When there's good news to report, I'll report it, and that's what I'm doing right here.
Because I'm still holding out hope that defeating a decades-long entrenched Deep State might take more time than just a few weeks.
I'm not making excuses for Pam and Kash and Dan, I think they goofed up by over-promising, but according to Mike Davis, justice and arrests are indeed coming soon!
Who's Mike Davis and why should you care?
Mike Davis is a prominent conservative legal strategist and media figure closely aligned with Donald Trump and his political agenda. He is the founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P), an organization dedicated to promoting constitutionalist judges and defending the rule of law. Davis also leads the Internet Accountability Project (IAP), which advocates for reining in Big Tech, and the Unsilenced Majority, opposing cancel culture and progressive activism .
Career and Government Roles
Davis has served in all three branches of the federal government. Notably, he was the Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, where he advised on the confirmation of federal judges and senior Executive Branch appointees. In this role, he oversaw the floor votes for 278 nominees, including the confirmations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and numerous circuit judges during President Trump's first two years in office .
He also clerked for then-Judge Neil Gorsuch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and later for Justice Gorsuch on the Supreme Court . Davis's early career included positions with President George W. Bush, the Justice Department, and House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Relationship with Trump and Judicial Influence

Now watch here, as Mike Davis tells Benny good things are happening!
He reports on this from his first-hand observations and meetings:

FULL TRANSCRIPT:
What’d you learn at the DOJ this week?
Uh, it was a very productive week. Uh, I've gone over to the DOJ and the White House several times during my, uh, vice reign here in DC. And I would say this—there are a lot of people who are concerned about what Pam Bondi is doing or not doing at the DOJ.
Uh, I think the Epstein stuff got her tripped up.
I would just say to your audience—justice is coming. I promise you, justice is coming.
I went and met with the Attorney General Pam Bondi one-on-one. I met with her, uh, team in the Attorney General’s Office. I met with Todd Blanche. I met with Amel Bouve.
Todd Blanche is the Deputy Attorney General.
I met with Amel Bouve, who is his number two—the number two to the number two—the most powerful unknown-unknown position in the government.
I met with Chad Mizel, the acting number three, and Pam’s Chief of Staff. I met with Stanley Woodward. I met with Dale Slater.
Harmeet Dhillon’s over there. Kash Patel’s over there. Dave Bongino’s over there.
They’re starting to fire on all cylinders.
I promise you this: this is normal during a startup phase—as you’re getting people confirmed and staffed up. You’re not gonna have immediate results.
But they’ve gotten a lot accomplished already—publicly, publicly—for example, just firing a lot of the deep state, getting rid of these bad actors, chasing them out of the Southern District of New York, chasing them out of Main Justice.
They’ve closed a lot of these cases. They’re opening cases. They’re working on this.
And I promise you that justice is coming.
They’re working with the FBI. They’re working with these other law enforcement agencies. They’re working with these agency heads. They’re working with the DOJ leadership.
Justice is definitely coming. I know it’s coming.

Because I still stand by this as well:
MEMO TO KASH PATEL: What Happened To "On Day One"?
No, I am not turning on Kash Patel or Pam Bondi.
I like them both and I am giving them both the benefit of the doubt.
But we also hold people accountable around here and even though I really didn't want to right this article, I have to do it.
Kash Patel told us multiple times, at least three as shown below but probably a bunch more, that he'd declass everything on "Day One" in particular the Epstein Client List.
We're far past Day One, so where is it Kash?
What's the hold up?
What could possibly be holding up the release of the Epstein File?
Anybody know? pic.twitter.com/IAUwyFyK3z

We The People voted for a very clear agenda.
That agenda included President Trump, JD Vance, Elon Musk and DOGE, RFK, Jr. and MAHA, Tulsi Gabbard and yes, Kash Patel to clean up the FBI and release all the information he promised to release.
So where is it?
People are not going to just forget about this:
We were promised the Epstein list…
We were promised the JFK files…
We were promised the 9/11 files…
We were promised real accountability on Day 1 of Kash Patel’s appointment.Today is Day 1.
I hope he keeps his word.

Here is the longer clip of Kash back in November 2024 calling for a "24/7 Declass Office" to release the JFK Files, Epstein Files and everything else:
Trump's top contender for head of the CIA, Kash Patel:

-On day one, he wants to bring out Jeffrey Epstein's black book of names that were being blackmailed.
-He wants to bring out all the Russia Gate files that are hidden and expose the truth about the January 6th pipe bomber.
-He told Steve Bannon he wanted to exact justice and find the conspirators in the government and the media who worked to usurp the will of the people.
-He wants systematic change at the FBI and CIA coming from an awakened American people.
It's going to be an incredible four years, Patriots.

Kash, We The People are owed action on this, or at the very least your comment.
What's going on?
I will offer one thought I've had from the very beginning on this....
I have always been a been confused, or perhaps a better word is "unclear", on the whole declassification issue in the first place when it comes to the Epstein List.
Let me explain....
We through that phrase around all the time, "declass the Epstein List" but I am not entirely confident any such list even exists!
Has it ever been confirmed to actually exist?
There have been bits and pieces here and there from court filings and other documents, but has one unified, full "Epstein List" ever actually been confirmed to exist?
If so, who has it?
Could there be multiple copies?
Just one copy?
Did such a thing ever even exist in the first place?
And if it did, when did it ever become "classified" and by who or whom?
Was it classified by a Court?
By our Government?
By someone or something else?
I haven't ever heard any concrete answers to any of these questions, so perhaps the reason no one is "declassifying the Epstein List" is because that's not a coherent thought in the first place?
Just an idea, I hope I'm wrong.
