An illegal alien from Mexico has just been arrested for the rape of a 13-year-old boy.

20-year-old Samuel Cobos-Carmona illegally crossed the border from Mexico for the first time in 2021. He was caught and subsequently deported.

However, he returned again in 2022. And last year, even though authorities found him, he was not deported again.

Due to the Biden-Harris regime’s ‘catch and release’ policy, this sick, perverted illegal alien was allowed to go free in Charlotte County, FL.

He went on to commit a heinous, disgusting crime on April 13th of this year when he lured a young 13-year-old boy out to the woods under the guise of playing ‘hide and seek.’

He proceeded to violently rape the 13-year-old, who was discovered after the incident by his 8-year-old brother.

This is just all-around horrific.

Make no mistake: the blame for this is on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

The sheriff correctly stated:

“Because of the Biden-Harris catch-and-release policies he was released back into our community.”

 

BIDEN’S “CATCH-AND-RELEASE” LEGACY: DEPORTED MEXICAN RETURNS TO ASSAULT 13-YEAR-OLD BOY

A 20-year-old undocumented immigrant has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy in Charlotte County after gaining trust by playing hide-and-seek with the victim and his younger brother.

Samuel Cobos Carmona entered the US in 2021, was deported, returned in 2022, and despite being located by authorities in 2024, was released back into the community under policies Charlotte PD explicitly linked to the previous administration.

Charlotte County Sheriff’s statement:

“Because of the Biden-Harris catch-and-release policies he was released back into our community”

Carmona now faces serious charges plus a DHS warrant as authorities clean up the consequences of the immigration enforcement approach that preceded current policies.

A 13-year-old Florida boy was raped by a man in the woods while playing hide-and-seek with him and his brother, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.

The boy’s family reported the incident to deputies in Charlotte County on April 20, according to a warrant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Investigators said the child was too “afraid and nervous” to tell anyone immediately but eventually came forward to his mother with details about what had happened to him about a week prior on April 13.

The 13-year-old said he and his younger brother were playing hide-and-seek with the suspect in the backyard of their father’s home in Englewood that day. He was hiding in the woods when the man, later identified by detectives as Samuel Cobos-Carmona, approached him and began hiding with him in a bush.

It’s unclear exactly how the children knew Cobos-Carmona, but investigators said he had “befriended” the two boys.

While in the bush, Cobos-Carmona asked the 13-year-old a series of disturbing questions, including if the child wanted to touch his genitals, according to the warrant. After being told no multiple times, Cobos-Carmona grabbed the child and began holding him down, investigators said.

The victim tried to scream and fight back, but authorities said Cobos-Carmona covered the child’s mouth with his hand and began raping him.

Detectives said Cobos-Carmona stopped what he was doing and ran off after hearing the child’s younger brother approaching. The 8-year-old found his brother lying on the ground in the fetal position, according to the warrant.

According to these statements in a heavily redacted probable cause affidavit, the man asked the boy if he wanted to touch him. When the boy refused, the man grabbed him, held him down and pulled down the boy’s pants. The man covered the boy’s mouth to muffle screams and sexually assaulted him.

After the assault was over, the statements said, the boy lay still until his younger brother found him.

The victim was afraid to tell anyone about the assault until about a week later, when he told the mother of one of his friends. That woman convinced the boy to tell his parents about the attack, deputies said. The parents notified the sheriff’s office.

After repeating his story to deputies, the victim was referred to the Child Advocacy Center for a medical examination.

The victim’s father suggested Carmona as a possible suspect. When questioned, deputies say Carmona, who lives nearby, said he had been playing hide-and-seek with the children that night but denied any sexual misconduct.

Based on evidence, Carmona was arrested and charged with lewd or lascivious battery by engaging in sexual activity with a person 12 years of age or older but less than 16.

He is being held in the Charlotte County Jail. The Department of Homeland Security also issued a warrant for Carmona’s arrest for being in the country illegally.

Biden’s failed immigration policies put this community, and this poor 13-year-old child, in danger.

And, it’s just one example of the infuriating tragedies that occurred underneath such delusional policies.

Protect Americans, not violent illegals. How is that so controversial?
